Hi, I’m Amanda.

My methodology fuses 20+ years of startup executive experience, trauma-informed somatic practices, and spiritual wisdom.
I am equal parts strategic business woman and shamanic seer. My own healing path has been a bumpy & windy road — and that hard-won wisdom makes me both a relatable and deeply compassionate guide.

THE AWAKENING THAT BIRTHED MY MISSION
From burnout rock bottom to living my soul’s purpose.
In 2013 while working as a Global Hospitality Executive, an erratic pulse led me to need heart surgery at only 28 years old. With no “medical cause” — it got labeled extreme burnout that I now know to be “shamanic soul loss.” I was living out of alignment with my truth — chasing money and “success” — and that rock-bottom experience was the awakening I needed to catapult me onto my path.
During my post-surgery sabbatical, I began my deep dive into the healing arts – becoming certified in Yoga + Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Holistic Nutrition, Reiki Healing and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Since them, I have received additional certifications in Somatic Experiencing, Eco-spirituality, Shamanic Healing, Family Constellations (in progress) & more.
I now work with individuals, small groups, and my becoming collective community — fusing the wisdom & expertise that I’ve collected along my journey.

After 21 years in NYC, I now live, work & raise my kids on a 20 acre sanctuary, nestled in the Shawangunk Mountains. Nature has become my primary teacher & nervous system co-regulator.
